The Necessity for the Prophet's Appointment
The Holy Prophet’s Be’sat
The real Islamic history, infact, begins from the day that the honorable Prophet.
“Mohammad (SW)” was appointed to guide people. He accepted this great responsibility since the inspiring angel had called on him: “Indeed you are the messenger of God”. The day in which the aim of “Qoraysh’s trustworthy person” was cleared. The crucial responsibility that other prophets had also fulfilled. But before explaining the primary events of Be’sat, we shall talk about two issues:
1) The Necessity for the Prophet's Appointment.

God equipped creatures with the organisms in order to help them progress .For instance: by considering a shrub, you will discover many factors deal with its evolution. The shrub’s roots try to deliver food to every part in response to its needs, and different, roots and canals sent just the earth’s juice to branches and leaves.
Look at the structure of a flower that is more surprising than other vegetables. Calyxes cover buds and petals. Now by considering the wonderful world of creatures from scientific point of view, we can say “the creational guidance” is the gift of the Creator including all vegetables, animals and human beings. As Quran states: “God creates each creature and then shows it the way of life” that means all creatures of the world from atoms to galaxies are benefited from God’s grace without any exceptions.

But do the “innate guidance” and “ creational guidance” respond the needs of human being? Certainly not, because man will experience another world after his material life which is the basis for his real life. Unlike animals, material factors are not in compliance with the needs of human being. In fact, man has two kinds of life which the evolution of each is the sign of his fortune and elevation.
The simple, primitive cave –dwellers with pure nature without trivial deviations didn’t need to be educated as much as the social people did. But when people began living together and the cooperative streams of thought prevailed, some spiritual deviations occurred due to the social differences. Because of the expansion of misleading thoughts and relatively social imbalance, God decided to send messengers for regulating social laws and programs and decreasing the evils.

The Role of Prophet's in Social Reform
Usually, people imagine that prophets are divine teachers who are sent to educate the society, like the children who spend their educational period from primary school up to university. Besides, they rose to evolve people’s morality and social life styles.
But we consider the prophets as teachers not trainers; more over, we know that the basis of their Divine religion is not something new.
Hazrat-e Ali (Pbuh) stated about the prophets’ aims that: “God selected prophets from the children of Hazrat-e Adam (Pbuh) and obliged them to promulgate Divine religion, to require the people innate obligations, to commemorate God’s blessings. They are appointed to deliver God’s ultimatum besides extracting logical jewels concealed in their natural treasures”.
